Who we are
Buyerflare runs outbound email for B2B businesses. When we contact someone on behalf of a client, our client decides who their offer is for, and we carry out the outreach for them. You can reach us about anything in this notice at privacy@buyerflare.com.
If we contacted you
You received an email because you recently posted publicly, for example on LinkedIn or Reddit, about a business problem that one of our clients helps with. We used:
- the public content of that post and your public professional profile, such as your name, job title and company;
- your work email address, found or confirmed through business contact data providers.
We rely on legitimate interest to contact people in a professional capacity about something directly relevant to their work. We only use work email addresses, and every email includes a simple way to opt out.
Opting out and your rights
Reply to any of our emails or use the opt-out link and we will stop contacting you, for that client and for all of our clients. You can also ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to privacy@buyerflare.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep data
We keep data about people we contacted for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with them, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure you are never contacted again.
Who processes data for us
We use carefully chosen service providers for data collection, email verification, AI-assisted writing, email sending and hosting. They process data only on our instructions and under data protection agreements. Some providers may be outside the European Economic Area, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
